Andy Ritter – Owner / President
James Andrew Andy Ritter started Ritter Landscape in 1978 with a used riding mower, push mower and a vision. Through hard work, dedication, and a tremendous desire to please his customers and employees, Andy's small lawn maintenance company grew and diversified into the professional full-maintenance landscape company it is today. In addition to hard work, Andy attributes the success of Ritter Landscape to word of mouth referrals from satisfied customers, and God blessing him with dedicated employees. Andy was featured in PRO magazine (a national trade journal) for his innovative approach to personnel issues and wide spread use of customized computer software. Additionally, Andy has received local recognition and awards for his employment practices in the community. Andy is a graduate of Ladue High School and attended Southern Methodist University and Meramec Community College. Andy has a Missouri Commercial Applicator's license in Turf and Ornamental.

John Dolan - Operations Manager
13 years with Ritter Landscape
John has over 27 years experience in the landscape industry including running his own landscape design/installation company for two years. Barefoot Grass Lawn Care Company hired John in 1987. Due to his exemplary work habits, he was asked to start a Tree & Shrub Care Division for the St. Louis branch. He later became Area Manager for the St. Louis office. In 1994 John joined Ritter Landscaping, Inc. as an Assistant Operations Manager and helped with sales. John's computer expertise has been invaluable during the growth and diversification of the company over the last 12 years. John is a member of numerous trade associations including International Society of Arboriculture, Professional Lawn Care Association and Professional Grounds Maintenance Association. Additionally, John is a graduate of University of Missouri, St. Louis and has a Missouri Commercial Applicator's license in Turf & Ornamental.

Noel Warner – Shop Manager
26 years with Ritter Landscape
There are few people blessed with Noel Warner's mechanical ability. Noel is responsible for numerous equipment innovations that helped to distinguish Ritter Landscape in the industry. In fact some of Noel's innovations were incorporated into the design of Toro commercial mowers worldwide. Properly working and maintained equipment is vital to any company's survival. At Ritter Landscape it is taken for granted. This is a testament to Noel's dedication, hard work and skill.

Nancy Heard – Office Manager
5 years with Ritter Landscape
Although Nancy has only recently joined Ritter Landscape, she brings a wealth of industry experience with her. For the last six years she was the Office Manager for the largest mowing company in St. Louis. Her duties included: accounts payable, accounts receivable, data entry, and all aspects of customer service. Her duties at Ritter Landscape are similar. Nancy is friendly, capable and likely the person to answer the telephone when you call Ritter Landscape.

Bob Gross – Sales Manager

With 32 plus years in the green industry, Bob brings a new facet to "The Ritter Difference".  A St. Louis native, Bob has practiced his trade in many states and in multiple capacities.  He brings an extensive knowledge of landscape design and installation including retaining walls, decorative walls, and drainage/ erosion control systems.   Bob also has considerable

Preston Jackson – Crew / Field Manager
10 years with Ritter Landscape
Preston has over 22 years in the landscape industry including running his own lawn maintenance company for three years. Preston worked for Gerber Landscape Solutions, Inc. for 13 years as Field manager. His responsibilities were to staff and equip over 10 crews on a daily basis as well as assist in creating landscape estimates. His duties at Ritter Landscape are similar. Additionally, Preston helps maintain equipment and is instrumental during snowplow and de-icing operations. Preston holds a Missouri Pesticide Technician License in Ornamental and Turf Pest Control.

Jeffery Klepac – Landscape Manager
9 years with Ritter Landscape
Jeff has over 18 years in the landscape industry including running his own company for two years. Jeff has been a landscape foreman for several established landscape companies and has been in charge of large construction projects requiring heavy machinery and numerous laborers. His handiwork can be seen throughout the west county area. Jeff is Ritter Landscape's most versatile field worker but his real passion is hardscaping (walls/patios etc.)

Shawn Craig – Lawn Care Manager
8 years with Ritter Landscape
Shawn has over 22 years experience in the landscape industry. Shawn started in the tree care industry and then transitioned into turf care. He has seen and participated in the growth and changes in the lawn care industry over the years. Additionally, Shawn has done extensive lawn renovation using state-of-the-art equipment and is well versed in turf problems in the St. Louis area. Shawn has a Missouri Pesticide Technician License in Ornamental and Turf Pest Control.

Robert Blagg – Lawn Care Applicator
7 years with Ritter Landscape
Bobby has 14 years experience in the landscape industry. He has been active in the lawn care industry since 1994 and has seen the growth and change in lawn care practices. Bobby is trained in the use of state-of-the–art lawn care and lawn renovation equipment. Bobby has a Missouri Pesticide Technician License in Ornamental and Turf Pest Control.

Ritter Landscape Mowing Contractors
In 1994 Ritter Landscape assisted two of its longtime employees break into the mowing business for themselves by delegating lists of mowing customers to them. The pride and excellent workmanship they maintained became obvious in short order. The concept of having owner operators performing mowing service proved to be a good one. Experience shows that these valuable relationships have been mutually beneficial for all involved, especially Ritter Landscape mowing customers.
