 ORNAMENTAL BED MAINTENANCE PROGRAM

Ornamental Shrub Pruning & Trimming:  Shrubs are pruned two times per season to maintain good shape, remove dead/damaged/unproductive branches. Shrubs will be pruned at the proper time of year to maximize natural color and blooming. Formal hedges shall be sheared to maintain a tight formal appearance. Any shrubs requiring special equipment such as scaffolding or boom trucks are not covered in this program.

Dormant Tree Pruning:  All trees are pruned one time per season to eliminate dead, damaged or unproductive branches. Branches that are obstructing walks or roadways and sucker growth will be removed. Pruning is generally performed in January or February when plants are dormant. Dormant pruning corrects a number of concerns in your landscape. One incorrect cut can destroy a plant's shape and purpose. Ritter Landscape uses state-of-the-art equipment to achieve professional results. Our technicians are trained in corrective pruning practices.
